Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and securely seal the box with the new label.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
